I was bored, so I stumbled on this game on the net. Its about making your own city.
Nothing to install or download. LOL.... it's all about click-through, not creativity. I started a city only to realize that. I won't be posting the url because I'd rather be about creativity than click-through. At least it's not a huge investment of time. The novelty on something like this has a shelf-life of about 3 minutes.
